We hope you love your candle, however if you need to return an item, or you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your product in its original condition for a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving.
If you have not received your order, please contact us and we’ll check this out right away.
If you received faulty or damaged products we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The customer is liable for the cost of returns. Please contact us to arrange this.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
